MTN Shuts FUOYE Network Due To Debt

Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has added to their management crisis, the  institution was established 6 years ago but they have been prone to crisis which were caused according to observation by the poor management and extortion of funds.
According to an inside report the University is owning MTN more than 16 million Naira for their services since the beginning of this year.
Speaking to a student of the school, he said "it's bad that Federal University, Oye-Ekiti is experiencing this problems at its very tender age, they cheat us Students too much.
He continued, "Out of all nwe Universities our tuition fess is the highest and we are the ones with too much crisis, I believe corruption is at its best in tertiary institutions in Nigeria.


MTN has been the network provider for the school for a while now, the school uses MTN network for their online activities by Staffs and Students, and MTN has disconnected the network and has cut its services with the school leaving the school without a valuable source of connection to the internet.
