The induction was held at the school’s 750-capacity Hall and saw the medical graduates taking the Hippocratic Oath.
The Registrar of the Institution who represented the Vice Chancellor Prof Victor Peretomode, advised the inductees to be guided by the oath and ethics of the profession in discharging their duties, he described Medicine as a “noble profession”, urging the inductees not to cut corners in their practices.
Also the Provost of the College of Health Sciences, Prof Ebeigbe, advised the graduates to set good precedent in the profession, urging them to use their resourcefulness in improving the healthcare system in the country
