The University of Ilorin might be 43 years old but there are feats which have not been created or broken and one of them is what Animashaun Oluseyi Emmanuel, a 500l Medicine and Surgery student has created.
Emmanuel becomes the first medical student to become the Student Union President in the University of Ilorin.
Since the existence of the University of Ilorin, for the 1st time a Medical student has emerge the Student Union president over 5000 votes.
It is said that in most Institutions, the Medical students are usually sidelined when it comes to social affairs, but Emmanuel, is said to be a very intelligent and well cultured young man who knows how to carryout his onus and he's there to make a difference, It was also reported that the college of health sciences have been in her best moment since the success of the election.
I congratulate him on the creation of this feat.
